Been a while since I’ve posted here.

Additionally I was quoted in Reader’s Digest about poor hygiene habits that can impact the eyes.
Finally, tomorrow is July 4 and while it’s a wonderful day with lots of fun, it can also be a dangerous day. You don’t want to spend any of it in the emergency room so please stay safe, especially when watching the fireworks. I write about this subject at the Aventura Patch.
